In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. There is NO refunds on clearance items, all sales are final. You are in charge of the return shipping costs. After I receive your item, I will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. I do not carry inventory of all of my photos, so there may be a longer wait time if I have to place an order to get your selection printed. There will generally be a 7-10 day printing and shipping delay on my end before I can get your order on the way to you.
Any of my photos can be ordered in black and white if requested, even if it doesn't show an example of it in that form. If you would like to see what it would look like as a black and white photo before ordering, just shoot me a message and I can send it back to you.
